Property is quite new and very clean. It exceeded our expectations as we were just staying there after a long journey from Fortaleza area back to San Luis. Rooms are very clean, basic but good enough the main thing for us was the bathroom which was really clean and new!

Had an amazing stay here in June. The staff was very kind and friendly. The manager speaks perfect English and helped a lot to book ATV taxis, recommend restaurants and excursions, and make our experience great. If you are reading this review just make the booking you will not regret it!

Atins é um povoado com poucos recursos, mas a beleza do lugar é algo inesquecível. O Atins Beach House conta com uma equipe na recepção que é sensacional, especialmente o Charles e a Ramona que são muito atenciosos com os hóspedes. O café da manhã é a única refeição disponível na pousada e está incluso na diária, bem gostoso, mas a cozinheira foi extremamente grosseira qdo pedi um ovo mexido para o atendente de mesas, o Luis, eu fiquei muito incomodada com a situação. Por falar em atendente de mesas esse rapaz, o Luis, é um querido, sempre disponível e com um sorriso no rosto. Conversei com o gerente, e ele disse que Atins é assim mesmo, e que a cozinheira só faz ovos mexidos pra ele e para o dono... que resposta mais sem noção! FALTA TREINAMENTO, inclusive pra quem está no comando! Um fato que me deixou muito incomodada foi a qte de gatos, que brigam entre si, e ainda tem alguns que ficam sobre a mesa, o que prejudica em muito a higiene do local que comemos... A pousada fica na praia, mas não tem espriguiçadeiras e nem cadeiras para ofertar um momento relax aos hóspedes. Outra coisa chata, não tem toalhas de praia, ninguem viaja com toalhas de praia na mala.

I had a fantastic time staying at Villa do Junco. Being tucked away in Santo Amaro, staying here was a departure from the surrounding community as well as a great place. Huge shout out to Beto for accommodating all of my needs/requests during my visit. Not only were our needs at the villa secured but I was able to arrange my transport/excursions through the villa. For planning purposes, be sure to contact the villa well in advance of your trip to confirm transportation from São Luís or wherever you plan to arrive from. My only critiques were regarding communication when it came to setting up my excursions through the villa. I was provided the managers contact information to do this ahead of my trip weeks in advance. Though I was able to make the arrangements over WhatsApp with the manager, I wanted to have details confirmed which was not done until I arrived on site at the Villa.

Hotel novo, muito bem cuidado e limpo. Atendimento ótimo também. Chegamos às 8 da viagem, como nao havia quarto, cuidaram de nossas malas para podermos ir no passeio. Também quando saimos apos o passeio as 15 horas ( apos o check out), nos disponibilizaram acesso a um banheiro e local para aguardar a van. Foi tudo otimo
