The friendliness of the housekeeping and parking employees was very nice. The cleanliness of the whole building in general and in particular the rooms was very outstanding, absolutely zero complain. The attention, service and the food at the restaurant were excellent. The hotel needs to make some arrangements in order to soundproof the rooms since the hallways are very noisy at certain hours. Five stars!

Hotel was in a grrat area for shopping. Overall hotel was clean except for the jacuzzi. Not worth paying more for a jacuzzi room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cant really use the pool to relax as is part of the Bar area.

We booked the delux suite with hot tub. The room was great and very clean. Enjoyed the rooftop deck. The staff were very friendly and nice. Including the maintenance staff who fixed the AC and came twice to fix the hot tub. We had a kitchen with nothing in the cabinets. You must ask for anything you want from the front desk, but no one tells you that on checking in. Also the room telephone didn’t work. Azul restaurant had delicious food both at the breakfast buffet and at dinner. Our party of five found everything we ordered to be delicious. They also have a pool and disco and hot tubs on the roof. The music is pretty noisy at night on the roof, but the rooms are especially quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the restaurant.

W&P was a great place to stay. Highly recommend, the locals were nice for the most part. Had a few weird encounters but I wont let that define my stay at W&P Santiago!
