This place is cute, clean and quite. It is near to the airport and easy to access. Just about 3 minutes walk to the airport. The staff is welcoming and very repectful. In addition to the strong cable TV (Netflix, apple, Youtube etc), it would be nice if the have a live TV (with local and international channels like CNN, BBC, Telemundo, DR TV etc). Also, in the sitting rooms of the aparments it would be nice to have ACs rather than depend on the ones in the rooms cooling the whole apartment. The heat in DR can be terrible and visitors spend more time in the sitting rooms than in the bed rooms. In spite of these little details they need to pay attention to. I strongly recimmend this place to any one seeking comfort and peace during his/stay in Boca Chica DR. I rate it EXCELLENT😘👍

Would not stay here again. The property does not look like it’s photos. The first night I saw a roach. Power went out and then the generator kicked on. The water was freezing even with the knob on the wall. Was still bad, not hot water for the shower. AC was good, towels clean. Just would never do this again after seeing the roach. No me quedaría aquí de nuevo. La propiedad no se parece a sus fotos. La primera noche que vi una cucaracha. Se fue la luz y luego se puso en marcha el generador. The property is good and the services are great. Although they have Netflix, Youtube etc, I noticed that there are no live news/sports channels (like CNN, MBCN, FOX or even local channels) in the facility. May, including live new TV channel in as part of their entertainment options will be fine.

The apartment was very nice and clean. The staff were nice. The building was secure. However, the area was very noisy with cars driving by, honking horns and a loud business across the street. It made it difficult to sleep but i am a light sleeper. Loved the property.

I have to really thank the employees of this property for an excellent job. They are so kind courteous and respectful and I recommend this property to anybody that’s seeking one it’s really close to the beach about five minutes walk and there’s restaurants in the area. There’s also a grocery store that’s nearby. Awesome property
