My stay was booked through Expedia & this hotel had its ups & downs. While waiting to board, the airline canceled my flight. I immediately emailed to cancel my booking, transfer & explain what happened. I received a great response advising to notify them of my new dates. A new booking was made for the following week. I notified the hotel of the dates & requested airport transfer. Now things get a little dicey. The week prior, I reached out multiple times by email and telephone to confirm my pick-up at the airport. During our phone conversation the booking was confirmed, but things didn’t go as planned. My flight was a little early. Upon arrival, I exited & did not see the driver I requested. I tried not to panic. I called the hotel & was informed that no one was coming,and I should take a cab. Now, cue the panic—I'm in a foreign country, don’t speak the language, & as you are landing, you are warned not to take rides from strangers. I felt very panicked and nervous as I realized I had no choice but to navigate the situation on my own. To make things worse, the next day, the hotel asked me to pay the driver who had arrived for the original pick-up, despite my canceling the ride hours earlier. After expressing my frustration, they did send a kind apology email, but by that point, I was already pretty disheartened by the whole experience. Positives were the hotel was mostly clean, though I did find chewed gum on the windowsill in my room. Breakfast was great. Staff was kin

We arrived late at night, but our experience was marred by unexpected difficulties. Unfortunately, the street was closed off with barricades, forcing us to walk around the block with our luggage. The atmosphere was intimidating, especially at night. To make matters worse, the front desk staff seemed unconcerned, stating that the street closure occurs every night. We believe it's essential for hotel management to notify guests about this recurring issue in advance. While our stay was comfortable, the initial experience left a poor impression. We hope the hotel will take steps to address this issue and provide better communication to future guests.

I was impressed by clean was room and entire hotel, it staff very friendly and always trying to support me at any stage, only concern was room to close of the street and at midnight outside were talking too laud.
