I wouldn't recommend it. The bathroom in my room had a tiny window that can see to another rooom. The area around the hotel feels unsafe. People are loud.

I booked the stay for my dad who is very picky about where he stays , he absolutely loves it and say he will come back for a longer stay , he said the location was beautiful and clean staff were very nice . He could not stop raving about the location of the hotel also .

I absolutely would not recommend this property to anyone. Our flight into the Santo Domingo was canceled due to Hurricane Erin so we were not able to check in on the date we booked the room. I reached out to the Hotel to inform them of this, never received a response. We finally made it to the property and was told we would not be getting the room we booked. Normally not an issue HOWEVER we booked a PREMIUM room and was given a standard shoebox room instead with absolutely no form of refund or compensation. I spoke with the manager who in turn tells me because I didn't show up my original room was given away because it was reserved for someone else. Keep in mind the hotel room was PAID IN FULL. This hotel and it's surroundings is absolute garbage and I definitely would not be staying here again.
