Great staff and was very nice and tried everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. However, the hotel was not what the pictures portrayed. Everything is out dated. Lights not working, air conditioning stopped working, bed was uncomfortable, pool deck damaged. They changed our room 3 times due to multiple issues in the rooms. Rooms were clean. They had to fix the door jam that was broken. Table lamp has no on/off button, furniture drawers so old they stick and hard to open. No soap dish in shower. Water fell on floor and was slippery. Couln't open closet door without great effort. No ironing board and iron. Bathroom door opens into shower. Loose toilet seats, missing bolt and nut. Ripped and torn towels. Tiny paper basket. Breakfast was decent. At night there were no outdoor lights. Very dark entrance.

So good we came back the same week to be able to work on our project. The room on the third floor did not have as fast internet service as the 4th floor. So since I had to work online, I asked about it, and Joanna at the front desk kindly allower me to change rooms up to the 4th floor for the very fast internet

A classic old school hotel with a huge room, good a/c, our room had a fridge, essential for our needs to store medicine. Pool looks clean and clear, but swim hours end at 6 pm, so no time to get in. The elevator stopped working, but they got it working the next day. Room had a great shade to keep street light out at night. Staff super friendly. But the best: the super fast internet so we could work on zoom without stress.

They should improve the waiting time... I arrived at 1:45pm and they didn't give me the room until 5:42pm... They kept me there without anyone informing me why the delay... In fact, I had to make an international call to find out why... Now my phone company charged me $18.00 for the 33 minutes I was on hold... It wasn't fair to leave me there for so long... AJP

The personal were very friendly. The property looks very bad under construction and maintain. Doesn’t look very nice. The breakfast was mango, eggs, and coffee. Juice and sandwiches wasn’t great, but wasn’t bad. The pool wasn’t very bad condition. The pool deck very bad condition. The Bar didn’t open I don’t recommend. Only the staff was very friendly Location is close to everything.

My experience was excellent; the room and bathroom were both tidy and well-maintained. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently situated near numerous historical sites. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the airport, and obtaining an Uber is quick and easy. The breakfast offered was satisfactory. The hotel possesses significant potential and would greatly benefit from various updates and enhancements. I believe it would be wise for them to invest in these improvements, as it is a charming property that truly requires modernization. Additionally, there should be electrical outlets located near the beds instead of having to traverse a large room to charge a mobile device. The pricing was very reasonable, and I would certainly consider returning.
