The bar was okay, I didn’t use the spa. I don’t know why they put me away from the group that I formed. Everybody was in the same place. I was not allowed to visit them. All of them used a black cord and mine was purple.

The staff and amenities were amazing. Rooms were great!!! I was in the adults only section closer to everthing and my friends had a private pool with their room. The service was incredible and really made me feel comfortable. I will come back!!!

I recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort, and while it had some positives, there were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The food quality was decent, but not exceptional—average at best. The wine was fine, nothing too special, but it did the job. The staff were fantastic, always helpful, polite, and ready to assist whenever needed. However, the salespeople on-site were a bit too annoying On the bright side, the resort itself is beautiful and very clean. The surroundings are well-maintained, and it’s clear they take pride in the upkeep of the facilities. However, it’s essentially in the middle of nowhere. The beach had a lot of seaweed when I visited, but that’s not the hotel’s fault—it’s just nature at work. However, it did impact the overall beach experience a little. All in all, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing stay with helpful staff, but just keep in mind the remote location.

The pool was dirty The food was average The beverage terrible, the open bar with worse drink ever Someone shasing us to make us to listen a timeshare meeting and asking for the ID and credit card even when I said no they keeping asking for it The DJ at the club was very unfriendly The air-conditioned in the room wasn't working properly I was sweating all night
