The male receptionist was unwelcoming, unhelpful, and obstructive. The lady receptionist was welcoming friendly and helpful. There appeared to be no shops supermarkets or restaurants nearby. Local bus connections to the city centre were good and only cost 1.20€

Deben reforzar la limpieza sobre todo en la ducha, la cual encontramos muy sucia. La caja fuerte no funcionaba. El secador de pelo dejó de funcionar. También la limpieza en general, del piso, paredes, etc.

All amazing, only issue was we had to check in at a different hotel in a different village, which we thought was a bit odd

The room was nice and the accommodation very well located in the centre of Santander. The owner was very helpful, particularly with our bicycle storage. Although the bathroom facilities were shared, they were very clean and well maintained.

Perfect location for travellers wanting beach access in minutes. Sight seeing bus stop around the corner. Supermarket very close. Housekeeper was excellent. Advise travellers to check the room type and amenity. We paid for a kitchen: freezer door missing, no tea cups, no kettle, no toaster!!!! Maintenance poor: blown light globe, broken trundle bed cover, shower drain cap missing. NO AIR CONDITIONING. Nice property. Check in was a disaster. Property was to email access codes 48-72 hours prior. Nothing. Rang them - no answer. Contacted via WhatsApp 7 times but found out they were an agency who told us they could not help. Left us with no access codes until multiple efforts managed to make contact. All sorted 3 hours before check in. Would stay again if maintenance and check in were improved.
