BAD SERVICE

When we arrived at the room, at night, it does not have toilet paper. It was requested and took a long time to deliver it. We tried to conect the cable TV, but after a long time, we discovered the cable TV was not working in the Hotel.... Really poor service.

Don’t stay here

Terrible stay. First of all, the air conditioning didn’t work, so my room was sweltering. Second, the plumbing in the bathroom obviously hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The smell from the pipe in the sink was so bad, it overpowered the senses even while in bed, far away from and outside the bathroom. The staff were as friendly as they could be, considering the circumstances.

I stayed in the Solace for 4 nights on a business trip and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It's well located, the staff is amazing, and its comfortable. I would note though that the gym is very underwhelming and there is almost no counter space in the bathroom.

Lovely hotel. Very quiet room. Breakfast is wonderful. Nice rooftop bar with a reasonable choice of meals and lovely views. Very friendly helpful staff who could speak some English which was helpful. 10 minutes walk to the lovely skytower which has amazing views over stunning Santiago. I organised an airport transfer with the hotel a few days before my arrival, and they were punctual and waiting for me with my name on a sign. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou for a lovely stay.
