Room not made up, no face cloths, and could not offer a free breakfast, or add the cost of a breakfast to my bill. Next time in I’m in Santiago, Chile 🇨🇱, I will stay somewhere else that appreciates my business more professionally.

We arrived around 2:00pm and the friendly staff at the front desk quickly assigned us a room and we settled in and went down to the bar for a drink. We speak no English but found the staff very helpful and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience. Since there is not much in terms of restaurants near the hotel, we dined at the hotel and the food and service was wonderful. We learned there is a barbeque place in back of the hotel, but we did not take advantage of it, but it seemed popular. There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi that we did not use, but saw that others were. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and they had an ‘egg guy’ who would cook your eggs to order. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the shower had a good stream and was hot. Overall the hotel was well maintained and everything seemed clean. Transportation to the airport the next day was effortless and on time.

Reception staff were very nice, room was good and clean. The cleaning staff starts talking loudly and using walkie talkie at 8 am! The bathroom sink had a bad stench and plumber needs to clean the pipe. In terms of amenities in bathroom, it is bare bones. Ordered lunch and it was just horrible - cold pasta with old and smelly clams, salad - ordered as a separate dish - was even more horrible with old lettuce and not much else! The chicken entre was good but not much else in the plate. All overpriced so never again! Airport shuttle was good.

It was horrible. No internet for 8 hours, my husband and I missed hours of valuable work hours. No tv, then to top it off they missed out 3 am wake up call and we almost missed our international flight. Please request a credit or partial refund on our behalf.
