Hot water, blinds, air conditioning, phone, toilet all didn’t work and i had to arrange for staff to address these issues. We booked 4 nights here we lasted 2 nights and left to something that felt clean. Staff oddly did not seem concerned or cared that I left One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Great staff! The breakfast buffet AMAZING, the facilities breathtaking. Love the hit shower 🛀 and the hot jacuzzi mega points. The river by the restaurant… over the top and I LOVE the pets around the property 🥰 we had massages 💆‍♀️ oh lala magic hands definitely retuning to this paradise ✨

The room was almost perfect except the water from the bathtub was leaking out through the joint. Staff friendly, the scenic view is just amazing… the hotel is well kept and recently renewed and we had a nice, relaxed time… next time I’ll ask for a room with river view …

The rooms are small but very clean. There wasn’t any hot water for the shower, but it didn’t bother me since the weather was hot outside. The place is also very quiet—perfect if you’re just looking to relax.
