Great warm welcoming, very professional, super helpful pointing out points of interest. Also, had a mid-afternoon delicious snack out for us (brownies yum)! Very conveniently located to the downtown area of Santa Cruz. The room was a good size, very clean and quiet. There were cookies available near the 24-hour coffee that was also available. Staff was nice and helpful. They had accidentally over-charged me for parking but immediately corrected the error.

Close the Catalyst, which was the reason for our stay in Santa Cruz. Very clean, well-taken care of property, but the ice machine did not work. Other than that, the stay was great.
