The staff was very attentive and accommodating to requests that were reasonable. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was one of the best with lots of options. 24 hours coffee/tea/hot water/hot chocolate. Bottled water was available at the front desk - no cost. They made up sack "breakfasts" for people who needed to grab a bite while running out the door. Pool and pool area was well kept and very inviting. Starbucks was across the hotel parking lot and a Firehouse Sub deli is soon to open there. A gas station was right next door to the hotel. Will definitely recommend this to others.

Almost perfect stay.

Stayed here during car week in Monterey. It was a bit far, but the best option compared to the insane prices in Monterey. This Inn was very clean and my room was immaculate. Seems this Inn must be pretty new, maybe less than Five years old. Conveniently located right next to. Starbucks and Arco/Chevron gas station. Also near some places to eat within five miles and a beach. I really enjoyed my stay, however there was a weird issue I encountered where my room cars inexplicably stopped working. I walked back to the front desk and they had to generate new keys for me. No explanation provided nor an apology.

Fair stay - service could be improved

Room was nice and bed and bedding was comfortable. I stayed for five nights and they did not come to clean the room once. Perhaps they are short workers due to ICE. I had to go in search of a place to empty my trash. It would be nice to have a "kitchen towel" when there is a microwave, fridge and sink. Had to use a bath hand towel. Breakfast was just ok. It wasn't out yet at 6:00 as promised.

The front desk did not mention to us that we had to request our room to have it clean and change linen and towels. We stayed two nights, and our room was not cleaned, nor fresh towels were put in the bathroom. I don't appreciate that.

ADA vs ECO

When we arrived looking for handicap parking and there was more clean vehicle parking than handicap. Handicap parking was also further away to entrances. The bed was too hard and the carpet in The room was disgusting. We had to lay towels down to walk on.
