The hotel was very quaint. The staff were super helpful, always helping us with questions. Would definitely recommend. Located right in town, with walking to food, shopping and beach.

Absolutely beautiful resort. The bathroom is fabulous. The bed is comfortable and the fireplace takes a chill off in the evening. The food in the restaurants is good with lots of choices. The grounds are very well maintained. The view is awesome and the park is amazing.

If you want ultimate rainforest luxury and top level service you should stay here. Not to be missed. Raft in and out via the Pacuare river and be completely enveloped by the forest and river in the middle of nowhere while having high level meals breakfast, lunch and dinner, incredible adventure programs like zip lining through the canopy and repelling down little waterfall. Seriously. 1000% The food was top tier. The service was thoughtful and personal. The staff is amazing. And they have great wifi. In the middle of nowhere. Deep jungle. The rafting is world class. I had a Linda vista villa and it was an absurd amount of space and privacy with a personal plunge pool. Come back from dinner and your lights are on, fan going and curtains drawn. Seriously, stay here. I'm coming back again someday.

DON’T MAKE RESERVATIONS IN THIS HOTEL!!!!!! They have one gate that closes at 10pm without any staff member 24/7 to open it if you go out at night. No one answers the phone if you call. My family and I decided to spent the day visiting different places and came back to the hotel ~10:30pm but the front gate was locked, no one was there, I called and texted multiple times but no answer, we had all personal belongings with no other place to go to. But I was able to talk to one of the farmers within the property that was working with the cows close and helped me to gain entry. The staff member apologize the next morning saying “we are sorry we don’t have anyone covering after 10pm”. So, in case of an emergency your best shot is to call 911. I paid $418 for 2 nights with a place that has curfew. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE.

Beautiful, great food and drinks, friendly staff, clean

Beautiful place with friendly (very friendly!) and helpful staff. On site restaurant with beautiful view and great (really great!) food. Don’t forget to use their Sunset Pool near, well, sunset.
