Ok the fact we had no desk for check was terrible. I could not check in due to a code for door and room acess never being sent to my email resulted in me not checking for 3hours until I was told about a sister property 3 blocks from where I was stay had to walk in the rain to the siater property for thwm to grant me acess codes to get into my room now at 3am. I wouls likw to be reemburst for that night and day. My TV had no working batteries and once I go batteries the TV volum did not work.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The property is cute. Rooms are basic. Nothing extraordinary. Only down side was hot water for shower was scarce the later it got. The hotel site claims bathrobes but I didn't ever see any in my room. The staff was nice enough but not resort style accomodating. So I had a nice enough stay but it was not a resort vibe to me. The restaurant was excellent.

MC HONEST REVIEW Location: 5/5 Hard to beat. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach and Ocean Drive, which made getting around easy and enjoyable. Ideally situated for exploring South Beach. Room: 2/5 We were three adults in a 2 Queen room, and it felt quite cramped. The room itself is on the smaller side, and the bathroom especially so. For three people, it genuinely didn't feel like a 2 Queen — more like a standard Queen in terms of space. Worth keeping in mind when booking for groups. Check-in Experience: 3/5 We requested an early check-in, which wasn't available — understandable. However, when standard check-in time arrived, our room still wasn't ready. To their credit, we were given a complimentary drinks voucher while we waited, which was a nice gesture. The first staff member we dealt with on arrival came across as a little unfriendly, though he may have been under pressure. Once our room was ready, Mike stepped in and was warm, helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Bar: 5/5 Kevon at the bar is a gem. His G&T is excellent — definitely worth a visit. Breakfast: 4/5 The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options. The only downside is that it's served in the lobby, which gets quite busy and feels tight when the hotel is at capacity. The food itself more than makes up for it. Pool & Beach: 4/5 The pool was great. A thoughtful touch: the hotel provides beach towels for guest use, which saved us the hassle of bringing our own.
