The room smells weird, the bathroom got molds on the sides of the tub. It needs a light by the mirror where the entrance door. The lady in the dining was very accomodating, she did an excellent job, when my husband told her the pancake maker is not working she attended to it promptly and even made a pancake ready for us, she goes above and beyond and made sure all the people are comfortable, she anticipate their needs I cannot commend enough of how professional she is in doing her job the management should give her a raise coz she deserved it.

Clean room, dirty stained concrete and carpet from tree droppings along side entrance. Helpful and friendly staff, especially lady helping cater for breakfast. Breakfast was good but would like option of oatmeal with raisins and brown sugar.

This is a beautiful hotel with the pool, lagoon, and rooms. The staff are wonderful, great parking, wonderful breakfast, but I did have several issues that apparently related back to changes the executive offices made that really ticked me off! When I arrived I wasn't told about the Wifi service until the second day when I asked at the front desk, and I then had to go back to my room and call the front desk twice to get an access code. What a hassle as most hotels give that info to you right up front. Also, the last day I was taking my luggage out at 11:15 but still had some bags in the room when I got locked out and had to yell for a staff member to help me. They deactivate the card keys 15 minutes after check out if you don't let them know when you are leaving, and no they don't tell you about that until it happens. These super irritating policies that have been made by the executive offices are enough to prevent me from going back to any Ramada.

I randomly found this place on an Expedia search and it was quite a bit less expensive than most hotels and had great reviews. I wondered why the reviews were so good until we showed up. There was an amazing lagoon with ducks, turtles, fish, etc that runs through the middle of the property. You can feed them all. Great for kids and adults. There’s also free breakfast in the morning with so many options and encouragement to take extra. The staff is above and beyond in the breakfast room. The rooms are also very clean and nice. The hotel is very private and hidden from the street. I’ve never had an easier check in and check out. They allow early check in and late check out. Also pre-check in which makes everything so fast and smooth. There’s a pool and hot tub and a little snack area in the lobby and with a few toiletries in case you forgot anything. My husband forgot his toothbrush and they had complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste. Starbucks is right across the street and In and Out kitty corner. Also everything is no more than a 7 minute drive away. This place had anything and everything you could ask for and at a reasonable price. We even upgraded to a suite for our 3 night stay for less than $100 more total. Highly recommend. Feels like a hidden gem.
