AVOID many other places to stay

Expecting nice room with comfy chair usual accommodation. The padlock would not lock on the door. The room was 10 ft by 10 ft. No comfy sitting. Could hardly navigate the room. Nothing like the pics. Talked to GM Christian. RUDE horrible customer service. Will never stat there again. Horrible supposed to be trip for wife’s 70 bday. She had stayed years earlier and loved it. So sad. GM said he didn’t care if I mentioned how rude he was! Told me I should have called the emergency number even though it says specifically only call in medical emergency.

It was a very nice hotel. checkin manager was great and welcoming. Manager even upgraded our room to larger one. Ceiling fans kept us cool Nice cold complimentary breakfast with lots of choices. they also kept our luggage in day of checkout til we picked up

Heavenly beachside Hotel

Only one other small hotel was between us and the beach. Our room was a nice size. It was clean, had a microwave and mini fridge. We had covered parking right next to our room. Very convenient. We were greeted warmly, and even allowed to check in early. I definitely hope to come back.

The rooms do no have AC. All the windows had nice secure blinds EXCEPT the bathroom! Between the bathroom window being basically see-thru and the no air conditioning, I could never stay here again and could never recommend this place to anyone.

Right by the beach, very short walk! A beautifully landscaped property and overall the rooms are good. TV was a little funky in our suite and we had to ask the front desk how to fix, we had to reset the tv and then waited for the DirectTV to reboot so it was a…thing. It was nice, good parking, close to a lot that you’d want to be close to so overall, 4/5. If I was to just judge the room, I may go down half a star.

Parking was difficult even on a Monday night. Very long walk with luggage for older couple. Rooms are spread apart and mostly single story which was nice noise wise.

Checkin early and was very easy .. front staff very friendly and helpful Our room was ready early less then 1 block to beach Rented bikes and took advantage of the bike trail along the water Walking distance to eateries and shops into the pier Perfect spot for a weekend to visit Santa Barbara Will return and stay here again this place really had everything we wanted
