Sant Rafael del Riu Vacation Packages

I had a great stay at BYPILLOW Sinfonía. The staff is very nice, courteous and helpful. The location is great if you wanna enjoy a residential neighborhood while being close to public transit, stores, food places, bars, etc.

Nice hotel. Nice location. Just be sure you get there between 2pm to 8pm to not have problems with check-in.

Great location, space and terrace. Beds could be comfier.

The rooms and hotel are really good. Nice spacious room, large bed. Nice small kitchenette area, if you wanted it. Kettle & coffee machine, plus cleaning equipment provided too. Nice. Bathroom & huge shower. Really great setting, just a couple of minutes from the cathedral and the square. We did have breakfast too. This is probably the only thing that lets it down a little. It’s ok at best. Not a huge amount of choice for the quality of the hotel, so would have expected more. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect

there's carrefour store next to the hotel which was very handy. But the hotel is a bit far from restaurants.

COCKROACHES IN THE BEDROOM. My friend and I stayed here one night and there were multiple cockroaches in the master bedroom that came out at night. We tried to get rid of them but to no avail. They were HUGE and fast. We called the WhatsApp number of the host at 2am and explained the situation as well as sent photos. He said there is nothing we can do except send a colleague to assess the situation and try to get rid of them. Nobody came. We were awake all night because the cockroaches were running around and we had no bed to sleep in. In the morning I asked for a refund or to be moved to a different room free of charge for an additional night because we had not slept and couldn’t travel today, they refused. They would not answer my calls but sent ChatGPT responses via WhatsApp. They insisted they had “reviewed the situation carefully with management” and determined nothing could be done except a sincere apology, and they thanked us for understanding. Their communication was inconsiderate and demeaning. We confirmed the Spanish consumer laws protected us, which they do, and the host still refused any solution. We asked them to confirm that they would not find a solution so we could include it in our official complaint to the Valencia tourist board and now they will not respond. We spoke to another guest and asked if they had noticed any cockroaches and they said yes, they had seen them in the hallways. Sounds like this is typical. If you want a comfortable stay do not book
