New hotel. Wonderful staff. Full mandarin experience

It was a great experience. Staff was super friendly. Hotel room was exquisite. Location couldn't be any better

It was clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. The laundry room and the restroom were right next to the bedroom I stayed in. It was very noisy and I could not sleep. So, I told that to a staff and he made sure the no one will use the Landry. It just noisy but everything else was great!

The room was amazing, the workmanship and appointments were beyond description. m The staff, all three of them, were extremely helpful and friendly. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

This was an excellent place to stay. We got a full-size apartment with kitchen, full bathroom, queen size bed, living room area, and a large open space. Very comfortable. Very quiet. Good elevator. Safe in room and front desk offers safe. Honored special requests. Very nice front desk people. We’re very pleased. Also, this is within walking distance of lots of interesting parts of the Inner Stadt.

Property was very conveniently located to most of the locations. Hotel was very clean and parking is located across the street (you have to pay to park, which is normal). Room was updated and nice. Beds were small, but OK for one person.
