The manager at the property was professional. Any issue that needed to be addressed was done immediately. He has a great customer service. Was proactive in the hotels workings and addressed the guests by their last names, which made the stay that much more personable. Love this place. Heated pool. Jacuzzi and a fire pit for the guests to enjoy... this is my new place to stay at.

Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. Very good breakfast options for an included breakfast, eggs, bacon and sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, fresh apples and banannas, assortment of breads. And all day long cookies. Second time staying here, will be back again. Thank you to the staff

This motel is across the HWY 1 along the coast. San Simeon is a beautiful coastal area. The hotel is an older property but my room was large and clean. Breakfast was great, and management was hard working and very accommodating.

Great location for a Hearst Castle visit

The check in was easy, and the room was clean and a good sizce. The location was great for visiting the Hearst Castle. The breakfast had a very good selection, but the eggs and bacon were not that great. This hotel was very good for a one night stay.

A wonderful experience. I wish I could remember the name of the clerk who helped me and my daughters when we arrived. He was truly one of the nicest customer service representatives I have ever met. He gave us cookies, allowed a family to eat breakfast food because local restaurants were closed, and personally walked us to the our room. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely return and recommend that anyone visiting San Simeon stay at the Quality Inn. A 10/10.

Such an easy drive to Hearst Castle. Staff was very nice, check in/out was easy, the Manta Ray restaurant was amazing, and the hotel was easy to get to. The pool and firepit were nice! Our room had a ground floor patio, very quiet and relaxing to sit out on. Comfortable beds. Room was a bit dated, cleanliness was okay, parts of the parking lot were being worked on, and the complimentary breakfast was nice but unfortunately the eggs made my friend sick.
