Our stay at Creekside Inn was wonderful โ€“ room is spacious, feels safe, clean and newly renovated, conveniently located within walking distance of downtown, and reception is welcoming. Itโ€™s a no-fuss place with all the essentials and I would love to stay here again.

The only downside, and it's fairly minor, is that the floor lamps in the room had the lamp portion of the assembly broken loose from the base of the assembly leaving the still intact wiring exposed to possible damage.

Very Nice

The property has been updated recently and it really made a difference in how it felt to stay at Creekside. Walking distance; very close to the downtown core. Nice location on the creek.

Good room for the night to go see Hearst Castle. Walking to dinner was easy and safe. P-lot is a little tight when full. Room was very clean and nicely done up.

We loved everything about this hotel. It is very cute, clean, peaceful, easy access to checkin and staff was great. We had a balcony that overlooked the creek. It was amazing.

Our reservation somehow was changed from a king to a queen. Management was not empathetic or nice about the situation. She had a king available and refused to accommodate. She also suggested us to find another place to stay knowing the rest of the town was booked. Also insinuated indirectly that we had a pet when we didn't. Customer service did not exist here! We come up every year for the holiday, and WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!
