Best hotel we stayed in our 15 days in Europe. Everything about this hotel and the personnel was amazing, specially Javier and Danny. They made our check in smooth and easy, even gave us a map and recommended the best places to wine and dine. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was centrally located in Santander. We arrived at the airport before our check in time but it was no problem we were given the key to our room. Hotel was very clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again,

San Sebastián Get Away

Hotel was at a perfect and safe location. It was close to the beaches, shopping and historic district of San Sebastián. The hotel staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean, with modern shower and amenities. I highly recommend this hotel.

No parking , no supplies in bathrooms. The rooms are very noisy you can hear people walking upstairs. The tv has no English speaking channels . The breakfast is very poor selection and service. Not a 4 star hotel lacks services. Bare minimal staff around to help.

A very friendly hotel, with pleasant reception staff. The chef and assistant were so accommodating. The room, whilst clean, comfortable and modern felt a little small and dark as we were at the back.
