The hotel was nice and clean. Staff were helpful and nice. This was my second time being there. Would stay there again. The only problem that I had this time was they put me by an elevator. Was very noisy people coming and going. I know now is to ask for a room away from the elevator or an entrance. Overall, the hotel is nice.

The hotel was very clean, The breakfast was very good but ended a bit early. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was amazing. The room was large and accommodating and we had everything we needed. 99% of the staff was amazing except for one or two people that were a bit unfriendly and did not exceed our expectations. The room had a horrible strong febreze smell that made me extremely allergic and I did not care for that either. The gym was nice and the pool area was nice also. I felt that our dog was not greeted quite as nicely and we were not told about the paw wipes or the treats. I had to read that for myself, which I didn't think was cool.
