Great place to crash after spending the day exploring the surrounding areas. They’re currently updating the rooms so it’ll be nice to see how they look. Clean rooms, nice staff, and it was really quiet the three nights that we were there. The only downside was we got in late Friday night and there was no parking, we had to park across the street.

As soon as I got to my room, I noticed medical trash and other debris on the floor. I called the front desk and a crew came up to clean it. Later I noticed hairs and dirt in the shower. The wifi never worked; neither did the tv, as it was connected to wifi. When I called the wifi support number, the rep asked me for my laptop's IP address. The water kept turning off while I was showering. There was no elevator and I had to drag my suitcase up a steep flight of cement stairs. I paid over $700 for two nights! It was graduation weekend and the only place I could afford. I ended up spending another $300 to move to another hotel the second night. The staff was nice and the coffee maker worked. They agreed to give me a refund for the second night, but that went back to expedia, who has not given it back to me.

The property is in midst of remodeling rooms so slight inconvenience in parking as some spots taken with construction needs. But despite that the inn is very nice and quiet and a great location in SLO. I stayed in one of the remodeled rooms, its so nice! Super clean, modern and updated, and the staff is kind. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay was 10 out of 10. Checking in was easy getting into my room was easy. It was very clean and felt safe. They were very friendly at the front desk as well. It helps that is next to my favorite sandwich. Shop in SLO. Like I said 10/10 or five stars.

The place is a construction zone with saws and hammers even on the weekend. Room was ok but DO NOT stay here if you have alternatives. Additionally the rate is a rip off given conditions at the property.
