I had already filed a refund request due to unsatisfactory property. There was not proper signage for the hotel. I drove her around for 20 minutes finding it I called the front desk. Nobody answered. I finally found the hotel when I got to my room. There was flooding on the floor. The air conditioning wasn’t working and there was hair and dirt in my bed. I called the front desk and asked for a refund and I was leaving. They said I couldn’t have a refund because it was booked through Expedia. I don’t think you guys should recommend this property. It was way below standard went to hotel across the street it was less money and in perfect condition

Terrible!!!!

We are NEVER coming back! We found underwear hanging on our lamp and food in the fridge! No comp or discount offered when notified., only "I'm sorry". Not worth the over $200 we spent. Makes me question their bedding cleanliness! There are a few other hotels across the street. We should've stayed over there instead but they were all sold out.

Need more attention to cleaning. Furniture was scuffed and dirty. Stains on the walls, toilet was crooked, weird empty beverage fridge was in the room, ironing board cover had huge hole in it. If your on the first floor and you open the sliding door, someone can easily walk into your room, no fence or barrier. Walls are very thin. I guess its an okay motel if you just wanna cheap place to stay in SLO. I joked around and said that probably Motel 6 is cleaner than this place. Only positive was the nice man working registration and the cool mid century modern lobby area.

The sliding door did not close properly and we could hear all the partying going on all night. In the morning, the common areas were trashed. The room seemed to be renovated, but the common areas are not in great condition.

Overall it was fine. The outside doesn’t look good but inside was nice. Bed had no middle support, shower absolutely no pressure & barely water, bathroom door doesn’t close and the toilet was crooked.

Key stopped working many times also check out is at 11am but ur room keys stop working at 10am had to go in the middle of trying to load the car to get the key fix for the 1000th time the 1st couple of times the key was not working I got told by staff it was my fault no sorry for the inconvenience let me get that fixed just stop doing this and side jokes and comments to lighten the mood I get it but dude it keeps happening not the right time and when we went into the room the mirror was broken I have a 4 year old autistic kid yeah not trying to constantly redirect her to stop I’m on vacation so I asked for a new room because of it he complained and said let me see what I can do after receiving the new room we start walking to the room he follows us the whole way to check that broken mirror our new room was right next to that room so he was with us the whole time kinda awkward no elevator so going up to the second floor him right behind someone behind ur back very unwelcoming off the bat like dude check the mirror I get it but wait until we leave give us a head start 😂 will not be back
