We enjoyed staying here for a cousins/girls trip. It was great! We all agreed we would stay here again. The hotel is close to the ocean and the pismo beach pier, and they have nice suites which are like two hotel rooms combined (two bedrooms, two bathrooms!) they have several outdoor family games which people seemed to enjoy. The price was high after the resort fee even though we split the room cost. The small details of the room felt unclean - like the little corners and tile floors of the room felt like they could be a bit cleaner. I bet it’s more difficult so close to the beach! The room was loud and we heard lots of families and children passing by at various hours. The pool, while overlooking the ocean, leaves a bit to be desired. It’s very small and not incredibly inviting or appealing which feels sad given it overlooks the ocean!! We appreciated that towels were provided. The fire pits are cool and fun to use. There’s a lot of great places to eat nearby. We walked to Ventana Grill during sunset. Overall a great place!

I was charged $55 at check out, which was not identified at any time until I was leaving. $40 of that was for something called “resort use”. I could not get an explanation from the management what exactly that was. The other $15 was for parking, which was not identified prior to check in or check out. I feel this $55 charge was unethical and clearly planned as a hidden charge. I won’t stay there again

Room accommodations were good, comfortable bed, we had two bathrooms in our unit and it worked out well. All room amenities were good. Balcony was comfortable, ocean view was awesome. Breakfast was good each morning. During the afternoon We sat outside next to the play area which worked out great too. This hotel was a great place to stay.
