What we like most about the hotel is that it’s a walking distance to most of the restaurants and to the beach. Hotel is somewhat clean and staffs are friendly. Probably will not stay there again

We stayed in a room for 2 nights . First night was pretty quiet but second night once more people checked in, it indeed got a lot more loud. Kids running up and down the halls and if they’re right next door you can practically hear everything going on. Very thin walls. The bed was not comfortable at all, very hard so if you’re looking for comfortability when it comes to sleep i would pass. The water pressure was not the best especially when it comes to flushing the toilet, it would not completely flush unless we filled the back of the toilet with water! so that was inconvenient. Although the place has some negatives I think the only two positives were the location because there’s so much around to walk to, don’t need to move your car at all if you’re deciding to stay within that area. The other positive would have to be the affordability of the room compared to a lot of the other hotels that are just a block or two closer to the beach.

I don't know what happened ,when I went to check in,I was informed that I was not on the reserved list to check in until Sunday the 17th and check out on the 18th, and there were no more rooms available until then, my wife was furious ,all the rooms in Pismo were $350 plus ,I am so disappointed in your service ....

Hotels in the same location. For a solo traveler. Just a suggestion the towels need to be white. They are yellow dingy. And they’ve had a little funny smell. The convenience of microwave and refrigerator. Awesome. Toilet was a little low for my liking. If you have back problems to be aware.

The toilet overflowed our first night and when we called the staff, which was through text messages, they told us to look for a plunger, to fix it. We were not provided internet access, told we had to pay for it, even though free internet access was advertised. The pool was green and we were told it was from the sand on the beach! Parking is very limited and tight. I will say the room initially was clean.

Don’t recommend staying here

Small parking lot, half of the parking lot is made for compact cars so if you have anything bigger, good luck parking. The pool was green so we chose to not swim in it, which was disappointing for my kids. They stated the mattress was tempur-pedic, that was a lie, we woke up with achy backs, even my daughter said it was uncomfortable made her back hurt. The bedding wasn’t premium either. Room had a kitchenette, but no dishes. The bathroom towels were small and very rough on our skin. The owners lived downstairs and you could smell strong Indian spices throughout the room. There was an aweful smell coming from the fridge and the room always smelt musty. There was a rubber covering on the bathroom floor, it was high enough we kept tripping over it. Toilets didn’t flush well, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. The room floors were not clean, our feet would look black walking from the room to the bathroom. No place to hang our towels after a shower. The AC didn’t work properly, barely blew any air.

Close walk to the beach

Close to the beach, about a 10 minute walk to the pier. Easy check in. Looks like rooms have been renovated recently. I stayed in a two queen room with a kitchenette. The Kitchenette was bare. We did get use of the small table with two chairs. The room was really clean and so was the bathroom. However, the beds/mattresses were as hard as the floors. We had the worst night sleep. No extra blankets in closet, no iron. Really bad water pressure in the shower. Enough towels for two guests. We were a family of four, had to call for a couple more. The parking lot is one of the biggest issues. The stalls are really tight and close together, quite a few say compact car only. One handicap parking only and no space to the right for wheelchair accessible. If you have an suv or a big truck you will have a hard time parking easily or opening your doors. Once you check in and get a parking, if you leave — you may not find a parking spot when you get back. Several guests had to park on the street. My husband had to park a block away down the street as well. No elevators for those who have handicaps or bad knees/hips/elderly. Stairs only.
