The views were amazing, easy access to the beach and pier, as well as all of the local shops and restaurants! The employees at the front desk greeted my wife and I as we came and went and the valet employees were very nice, respectful of my vehicle, and were extremely efficient getting our car whenever it was needed so that we could run errands or explore further. This was a great experience my wife and I will not soon forget! We will definitely be back!!

Sub Par Housekeeping Staff

Front desk, valet and bartenders were all very good. The housekeeping department leaves much to be desired. Had to ask the front desk to have them freshen the room. During our 4 day stay, they only refreshed the room ONCE, and when they did that they left our used glassware on the TV stand for us to look at our whole trip. They also failed to leave regular coffee. I had to hunt them down to get some. For the money you charge, this part of your service should be much better than it is.

The property was in a nice, convenient location. The cleanliness was good. The breakfast at the lobby restaurant was delicious. The only issue I encountered was a male receptionist who was not very friendly and almost passive-aggressive. Thankfully, I only dealt with him upon check-in. The rest of the staff I encountered was amazing!

I didn’t like the state of the rooms. For what I paid I expected everything to work, lamp shades were broken and left on the bedside table, bathroom doors didn’t fully close or lock, multiple lights flickering, food from previous guests was left in the fridge, room service coming in without knocking or announcing twice while I was changing. I notified front desk about the issues and they weren’t dealt with until I physically removed the food from my room and left it in the hallway. Front desk staff was friendly though.

Room was for at least 4 people but only 2 towels. In a week vacuuming was done once until I complained. Had 1/4 roll toilet paper but never left a new roll until i complained. Never cleaned bathroom until I complained. Never stay there again. Spare bed put in my room that was for another room. Others complained too.
