Not awful, but not great either. Our air unit didn't work- the manager was kind and came to fix it (but it stopped working again shortly after). Room was stuffy and a little musty but overall clean enough.

He was really chill about me arriving to my check in late and when accidentally locking my key in my room. Both occasions were around 1am. The room was really nice, and clean I had a microwave, a fridge and a blow drier, and a Roku tv. I’ll be staying there again.

Not worth the price

Rundown place, terrible parking and parking lot broken concrete and uneven. Old building. Rooms super small. Broken outlets. Super small bathroom and we stayed in a “suite”. No amenities. Only plus was that it was literally next to freeway entrance.

Rooms definitely need some attention. Wall not repaired and painted where toilet paper dispenser had been moved. Bathroom door had to be lifted to close. Screws in hinges coming out. Lights by the bed were not working. Would be nice to have a place to charge your phone close to the bed.

Well priced near downtown SLO

It was the cheapest place I could find around San Luis Obispo making a last minute booking on a Friday night. I needed a place crash and it served my needs. No frills, but everything was adequate.

We had a late check in, and called ahead to make sure it was 1) ok, and 2) to update time of arrival. When we arrived, the night manager(?) was very gruff. He spoke so softly that it was incredibly hard to hear what he was saying, and he was very short with us. Our room was nice. The fridge leaked ice(?) or water(?) all over the floor, so we used hand towels to clean that up. There was a loud "drip" noise that we heard all night- that was frustrating, as we couldn't tell where it was from. Finally, parking was near impossible to obtain- I was only able to park onsite because someone left. I was glad I didn't need to interrupt the night manager for help with that. All in all, it was a fine visit. With a few tweeks, it could be a good visit.

Think Motel 6. It’s clean, simple, no thrill or frills. No trashcan in the room. Bring your own toiletries. I would stay there on a pinch.

It was nice, big, spatial room, great location and price, if you’re booking little bit ahead of time! There is something I didn’t feel comfortable about… when I was checking out, I had my friend picking me up, and I was ready and packed, with my door open and ready to go, at the time of check out… but when my friend had arrived little bit after the checkout time, the attitude of the person who checked me in was not very pleasant…. But who cares about that I guess… It is nice, clean, big rooms place to stay! I will come back if I will be travelling there again!
