Very good sized rooms but beds are very bad. You expect a better bed quality for a 4 star hotel. Bar stuff was extremely slow and not organised.

Our third stay at this beautiful hotel. Feels like home. Glamorous environment, exceptionally friendly staff, fabulous food and wine and stunning swimming pool. Great minibus service to the metro for easy access to Seville town. We would always choose this hotel when visiting our friends in the local area.

The hotel is good not excelent, the hotel is a bit far from the center of Sevilla and in a hided área but if you call the hotel the pick you up from the nearest metro station and they were so kind!

The hotel is not advertised, non of the basic items are in the hotel, rooms foesnt have electric kettle or evn coffee machine, a small box of tissue paper is in the room that has only 4 tissues. The fridge doesnt cool. The room conditions are for a 2star hotel. Lobby is the only things thay 4 star, the ovetall hotel is cheap, they dont even change the towels when they clean the room , they only make the beds. I wouldnt recommend this hotel, rooms are 2star and lobby should be 3 star, not good at all gor the price! The room has no view and is blocked

Nice stay

Really professional staff in all areas of the hotel. Having a large refurbishment and we had a up graded room, still a but nosy in the front of the hotel near the taxis and coaches pick up. A wide range of breakfast dishes and very nice apart from the hot food could be hotter.

Main hotel is great but rooms are basic. Location is not good. Not in Seville centre. Hotel is beside a highway so you can’t walk to centre. Cost £30 in taxi’s to and from Seville each day . Hotel has a shuttle bus to metro station but only takes seven passengers so always full.

Exterior is under renovation but did not affect our stay, the interior lobby area was excellent well designed bright and roomy bar/food area was well laid out with lots of space and tv areas. The room we had was big but dated with seperate tv area problem was tv was old and was unable move it close to the bed.There were no electical outlets near the bed so had to charge phones overnight. Hotel had a shuttle bus too and from the train station which was great especially in the rain although it was only a 15min walk and trains were very regular didnt wait long if one was full. Food and staff were good overall a pleasant stay and once the renovations are completed which hopefully includes the rooms we would stay there again.

I liked the comfort of the room, very comfortable. I didn't like the breakfast unless you want to have a fried egg or cold scrambled eggs for breakfast, very cold, just like the other hot products, totally cold for breakfast. Also if you want a glass of ice it's impossible for them to give it to you. You don't have the right to a glass of ice. In short, never again in this hotel and they should learn from the hotels in the USA, all with iceboxes and hot breakfasts.

A Week in Sevilla

Pleasant week's stay in Sevilla. Hotel was comfortable, breakfasts were good and the Piano Bar was useful. The minibus shuttle to the metro was a good idea, but too unreliable.
