The only thing I was unhappy with is that breakfast was not included with the Expedia reservation. However, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available for purchase at the hotel as it has its own restaurant.

The staff on site don't speak English, which made communication difficult for my foreign colleague; they could improve on that.

The lady in management is amazing!! The breakfast they made were delicious and had a great portion! (Let them know if you have any allergies because it is not a self serve, they hand it to you at the table). The room was amazing and my towel and trash bag were changed everyday. The Central Park, restaurants, souvenir shops were all walkable. Yes, the hotel is on a steep hill so just careful when driving. But the location and service are great for the price.
