To whom it may concern. The refrigerator was not working. Called the front desk and no one came. The television was a joke. The basic channel were not available. Not sure i will be back. The hotel is absolutely incredible. The staff are very nice and the service was exceptional. There is a pools view from the back of your room and the Adriatic Sea is in the front of your room. Breakfast is served every morning outside the front door of your room and the food is exceptional.

The palazzo is a lovely old house in the center of town right off the main square. The secret sauce here is the large, beautiful garden in back and the extremely personalized service. The staff makes every effort to please and assist. The general approach is thoughtful and old school in a nice way. We had a large room facing the street that was comfortable with high ceilings and lots of space. Bernalda, at first, seems like a not particularly lovely little town but it does grow on you. The house is infused by the interests and personality of the owner Francis Ford Coppola -- probably the principal reason most people visit. Fortunately, the hotel mostly lives up to the expectations...

After reading the reviews on this hotel I was nervous On arrival some parts were better than I thought, others worse I e mailed the hotel before arriving and did not get a reply, I e mailed again and got no reply, on chasing I eventually got a reply! Poor When booking the shuttle the gentleman was rather rude, reception lady that checked us in was very efficient, on checking out the gentleman was curt and unhelpful Room was ok Breakfast was probably the worst I have ever had, set up in a conference room with rows n rows of tables, the food was bland and poor, very disappointed

We thought this hotel was charming. On arrival we received a friendly and efficient check in by reception. Our room was clean and we appreciated the very effective air conditioning and the small fridge in room. Breakfast was lovely and varied. Hotel was in a great location. Easy to park and near good shops and restaurants. Recommend!
