The hotel is fine if you need a bed and AC near the heart of Firenze. Their WiFi only consistently works in the lobby. My phone was stolen when I arrived at the train station. Apple was able to help me replace it. I had to spend much of my first two days in Florence at the Apple Store to retire my iCloud backup to the new phone since the hotel WiFi didn’t work in my room. It wasn’t feasible for me to spend the day in the lobby. At least there was good AC at the Apple Store. I wouldn’t stay here again. It may be good for You if you don’t need to access WiFi from your room

It was not entirely clean, the staff don't do much. Breakfast is from the day before. Air conditioning excellent.

Excellent location. Well appointed rooms. Very comfortable and friendly service. Would have dined there in the evening but for some reason no dogs allowed in the main dining room so would appreciate a policy change there. Would definitely stay again.

Very good location. Clean hotel. Our ac was broken but they handled us a new room inmediately. The hotel is confortable and size of the rooms are decent. Bigger than average in the area.

Air conditioning work well during a very hot period. Room was cleaned everyday though they forgot to replace cups for tea and drinking in bathroom a couple of days. The blond women who worked the desk was very responsive and helpful. Had user issues with shower and she helped resolved even though I contact others with questions. Breakfast is a 2 based on 5 rating scale. Excellent location.

Staff were super helpful. The room was well maintained and with a beautiful view over the square.
