Soma house was a pleasant stay and the breakfast pastries was better than expected. Pool is a little small and could be cleaner. Staff were attentive and helpful. It’s a good price for stay at SFO.

Unique boutique hotel. Small overlook interior courtyards and upgraded rooms. Price was vert reasonable with expedia. Very helpful staff. Katrina managed the desk today alone on the Am shift. The security gaurd helping her beinging out fresh pastries and coffee for her, as well as attending to security detail at entrance. He was also very helpful. Building is under construc tion on some of the rrooms

Some of the hotel was under construction, didn’t bother us. We stayed in a family suite and it was clean and spacious. The continental breakfast consist of coffee and pastries and the parking fee is $45+ depending on your vehicle. We would stay there again if we were in the area.

The hotel and the room were clean, the pool was cute and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, the surrounding neighborhood was something else! I found out SOMA is the hub for drug users and I didn’t really want to walk around to explore. I did walk to grab coffee at Sightglass and I had dinner at SF Proper (both within a 5-6min walk). If you’re catching a shared ride, you’ll be fine, but there were fiends everywhere.

cute and clean boutique hotel. do not be thrown by reviews of surrounding areas and remember you are in SF (lol). The staff was really attentive and kind. The room was small but clean. I would stay again for sure.

This hotel despite a friendly front desk manager named Sam was a complete fraud. It’s photographs online make it look like it’s a lot better than it actually is. It’s in an unsafe neighborhood. We were put on the side that is still undergoing renovations and despite the room being clean, this was just smoking mirrors. The gym was dirty and dank, and upon arrival we were told there was no valet parking, which was a lie, but they were trying to make money off people wanting to park for a concert that was happening that night. Overall not impressed.

This property was close enough to Oracle Park the Lyft was inexpensive. The property in general matched the price I paid. Cute rooms and undergoing construction. I do wish there was an AC unit. I couldn’t get the window to open but it wasn’t a big deal since it’s not hot in SF right now.

I had a good stay overall. The welcome was warm and very professional, and the host was both personable and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, and the heated pool was a lovely bonus. I also really appreciated the coffee and fresh pastries in the morning – a great touch! Unfortunately, the experience was affected by other guests being extremely noisy and disrespectful during the night. There was loud TV playing all night, people running in the hallways, slamming doors, and making it hard to rest. Of course, this isn’t the host’s fault, but it did impact the overall comfort of the stay.
