Our recent stay here was lovely. Parking included which is a huge bonus in the city. The office manager was so nice. Clean hotel room, clean bathroom, clean linens and towels. Very happy with our stay and would love to return.

While there are many motels in the Marina district, they are rare in this area. I was pleased that I didn't have to park on the street. I also appreciate that there are restaurants in the surrounding area that stay open late into the night. However, when I returned late from an outing on my second night, the parking lot was full. I wish they had clearly communicated in advance that there's a possibility of having to park on the street if you arrive late. I was also disappointed that there was no hair dryer in the room and no stopper for the bathtub, so I couldn't fill it with hot water. Overall, though, I am satisfied staying here.

The two king beds were comfortable and the room spacious. Fresh towels every day, the beds in the were made up daily and the room was cleaned and supplies replenished daily. The management was responsive to our needs. A parking space was provided without an additional charge. The Inn was located in a nice area of San Francisco. We look forward to staying at the Inn again in the future.

Park in an east exit space.

Room was small but comfortable. Bed was great. Jacuzzi tub did not have a plug. Parking lot was too tight. We could not get our truck out when a car was parked in a no parking area that was an enclosed painted space made so people can back out of the covered garage

We had a fantastic stay at the Inn on Grove, and the highlight was without a doubt Biren at the front desk. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with the kind of warmth and friendliness that instantly made us feel at home. He was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Biren has that rare combination of professionalism and personality — he’s extremely helpful, full of great local tips, and has a wonderful sense of humor that put us at ease right away. It felt like we were being welcomed by a longtime friend rather than checking into a hotel. Thanks to Biren, our trip got off to the best possible start. If you're planning to stay in San Francisco, I can’t recommend this hotel (and Biren!) highly enough. He truly made our experience memorable.

The best thing about Inn on Grove is its proximity to the San Francisco Opera House and the Hayes Valley neighborhood. Secondly, it’s a lot less expensive than most SF hotels. The bed is comfortable enough and the shower works (if you let the water run long enough to become warm). But - you get what you pay for!
