First time stay here: the hotel mgr (Charlissa) on 4/19/25 6pm check in was rude, unfriendly and needs more PR training. However, Lisa who processed our check in was very professional, kind, friendly and very helpful. On the positive side, the room was clean and spacious, lobby was clean. The kitchen staff were also helpful and hardworking. Breakfast was average. Improvements?: friendlier manager, sweeter apples not tart and cleaner restrooms in the lobby. Nothing like friendly and smiling face to be greeted after a long flight, not dismissive and smug look from Charlissa. Thank you!

We stayed here for 1 night before we had to take our flight back home. Very clean. Easy check-in. Wish they told you about the $27 a night parking before. Beds are not that comfortable but we only stayed one night so we dealt with it. Nice breakfast in the morning - loved that someone served you at buffet instead of everyone grabbing.

Easy check-in and checkout process rooms are modern very functional and clean. The staff was friendly and always available. This was our second booking at this facility because we liked it so much. I also appreciate a quick breakfast and coffee with without having to go to a separate location to purchase that if you’re on time limits the breakfast and coffee our time savers.
