I had an excellent experience during my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Check-in was fast and friendly—and of course, the warm cookie was a great touch! My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night. The amenities were also impressive. The lobby and common areas were clean and stylish, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, kind, and eager to help. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant atmosphere.

Nice hotel but HVAC doesn’t work well. Individual room thermostats don’t work. Couldn’t get first rooms temp above 66°, had to move to a new room and it was still chilly, unable to get temp above 70°. Staff are excellent design of room and bath is very good. Parking great very accessible.

Not a fan of their customer service. I was charged an unknown or unauthorized fee and when I asked the manger she assured me she liked and saw nothing. I asked my bank and they specifically noted it was Doubletree that charged me. Never again and I will not recommend

There was a consistent humming noise that made it difficult to sleep, some sort of machinery related to hotel function. Tons, literally tons of rats in the back parking lot and their loading dock. Although conveniently located, it did not provide the rest we were looking for before our early morning flight out of SFO.

Shuttle service to/from SFO is infrequent, every 45 minutes. Startling noises through the night in the front building, third floor. Be careful to select a quiet room. Otherwise the accommodations are clean and have minimal amenities. I was disappointed with the “Hilton” brand, expecting better.

The staff had a very bad attitude and no patience. At first, they gave me a room with a strong unpleasant smell. After I asked to change rooms, they reluctantly gave me another one, but it was still very dirty. There were blood stains on the bed sheets, the fridge was leaking, and the air in the room was not fresh. Overall, it was a terrible place to stay.

The shower did not work properly. The hand held had hardly any water, while the top had any less. No amount of adjusting enabled me to obtain enough water to take a shower from either. I finally washed my hair at the sink.
