Our power outlets went out while we were there. We tried to call the front desk several times they never answered. We tried three different days. We ended up having to go downstairs to ask our questions.. our room was very dusty. We had to go get our own toilet paper. When we showers it made loud noises. Other than that it was ok. Pillows were comfortable. Bed was average somewhat hard. It had a refrigerator, but no microwave ( big inconvenience). Hotel is in a good location (central and near awesome restaurants)

Property is in a really good spot ! Staff however can be very snobby, you ask them questions and they look down at you or make faces especially the females working the front desk. Maybe they need customer service training. Took them also 2 weeks to give me back my deposit I had to call them so they could release it.
