The staff in this hotel are some of the rudest people in the hospitality service. When i checked in, they didn’t even care to welcome me but instead just asked for my DL. They are the worst. Holiday inn is the worst. Please do yourself a favor and check in to motel 6 you will get better service.

There was a used condom left in the toilet when I checked into my room. I raised this with the front desk and they moved me to a room that was a downgrade from what I had paid for. No apology or explanation for the room downgrade, and no refund for the difference between the room and paid for and the room that I got.

Parking is unnecessarily expensive cost almost as much as the stay which I think is unreasonable and is probably why I wouldn't stay there again as a tourist but for business it's a solid hotel. Staff were great friendly and helpful.
