Clean and basic

The location was good and the nearness to the highway didn’t bother us. The bedding and the towels were very thin and when we asked if there were any blankets (unusually cold season) they said they had “just given the last one out” and we could just turn up the heat in the room. The water pressure was excellent (but we had to careful how we angled the shower head or it sprayed all over the entire bathroom floor). The king room was exceptionally large but didn’t have furniture besides a couple chairs (people sat on the floor). The biggest selling point is how clean it was and if you’re staying a while the price was very reasonable.

It was quite there in the building not enough ice machines sodas or candy vending machines need to be in each building so not a lot of walking has the be done if you can't walk .other then that the place was convient because it wasn't that far from hospital

The hotel is close to Stanford Outpatient Clinic, which we were in town for. Have stayed multiple times and have had a good experience. Staff can be quiet but not unfriendly. Located by the freeway for easy on and off but no noticeable sound form it. I would recoomend

Immaculate is the word that comes to mind, given the price point and overall look of the property. You may be very surprised after you check in at the very humble and basic lobby with minimal staff. If you arrive late, you may even need to stand out in the cold wind at their after-hours window to check in, when the lobby is closed. It doesn't matter at all, cuz the room is brand new, the bathroom brand new, hallways perfect carpet and immaculate. Brand new cabinets, big screen TV, everything. You won't find anything like this on the SF peninsula below $200. Feel free to spend double on a HI Express if you wish...it probably won't be this good.
