The rooms smell so bad and were not clean. The curtain in our room had blood stains that were visible from the hallway. The staff was very helpful and understanding but having to deal with this on a short family vacation was less than ideal. We ended up staying at a different hotel without actually staying here because of the conditions of the rooms. I would not book here again.

Everywhere we go we always stay at Embassy Suites, the amenities, the service, the receptions in the afternoons, the breakfast, we have always left the place happy, but this last time we actually left impressed. This has been the best Embassy Suites we have ever stayed, everything, everything was just absolutely perfect. I would recommend this place to everyone, we are definetly coming back.

There was big reception that ran late and very loud Saturday evening. I had 3 rooms booked that evening (my room and each of my kids). We all couldn't understand why this was not dealt with by the hotel. After the party ended the reveling continued outside in the parking lot. I had difficulty keeping the noise out of my room. Very disappointed
