It was ok , they have secured parking and the breakfast is available. The room that I used was 308 , the bathroom is huge and the room is big enough for my husband and I , the only problem is the smell when you enter the room and also the cabinet has a foul smell, if they cannot clean it with bleach take it out of the room. It smells like homeless person lived there for a while.

clean. a lot of towels. free breakfast. small parking area but its san francisco. we walked from billy graham auditirium to here- it was 10 minutes. no homeless on our walk.

The property is very clean and organized. Free parking and breakfast. Due to the area, outside can be loud especially in the early morning hours but overall a great experience. Definitely worth the price and would recommend this hotel!

I loved how clean this hotel was and the free continental breakfast. Was also very happy with how helpful, nice, and accomodating the staff was. I was very happy that the entire time my friend and I stayed here, we were able to keep our car parked in their parking garage and how safe it was. (It was so hard trying to find a hotel that has free, onsite covered parking that is secured.) I wouldn't mind staying at this hotel again if I decide to book a hotel room in San Francisco again. My only gripes were stressing out about checking out on time because there was only 1 elevator available and it was kind of slow. My other gripe was that Expedia, it said breakfast was 7am to 10am, but upon checking in, the front desk receptionist advised that breakfast was only from 7am to 9am. Other than that, would definitely come back here.

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Not only was it in a really bad part of SF (lots of drugs and homeless), but the hotel itself was not good. The parking lot is tiny and hard to move your car in if you have anything bigger than a compact car, you can hear EVERYTHING outside of your room (garbage trucks, sirens, people yelling, etc.) I barely slept because I was constantly awaken by LOUD noises. Our door didn’t shut unless we SLAMMED it, and by the sounds of it most other rooms were the same, our carpet had a huge hole/tear in it, our bedding had a huge rip in it, our soap dispenser was empty. The list goes on. I will say the employees at the front desk were very nice. But we did have a weird experience where the housekeepers came in our room and took the dirty towels from only our bathroom and didn’t do anything else. They didn’t leave fresh ones, they didn’t grab the ones by the bed, they didn’t change the sheets, (not that we wanted them to) but we just felt it was strange and didn’t feel comfortable having our belongings there when we weren’t there. This was a long review, but I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, I did not feel safe.

Time for a new floor

The carpet has to go! Hard floor is much easier to keep clean. We aired out the room to be able to cover the dirty carpet smell. Otherwise, the bed and room were clean. Service and breakfast were good

The room was clean and reasonably comfortable but it was incredibly loud. Every time somebody opened a door it slammed and woke us up. Breakfast was crammed and low quality. Not great value for money.

I came from LA and we stay 3 days, the staff is really nice, the breakfast was so good, the price is really good because San Francisco can be really expensive, the property were clean and it was a nice place to stay and you would love to come back!!

Great Place . But NO curtains !

I've stayed here numerous times over the years . Great staff , great location , lots of exciting street life/drama to watch after hours lol . BUT this time I was given an ally facing view (ie no view at all) and NO curtains on the huge windows ! There was wooden shutters that when closed tightly blocked maybe 60% of the sunlight that pours in a 7am ! I'm used to sleeping in until at least 11am so that first morning was a real shocker lol . Just a heads up : bring a nice big thick dark blanket (and tape) to hang in front of the windows and your stay will be awesome .

POOR Customer Service skills. Shameful really.

The staff was rude, offensive. The front desk woman had a smile on her face as she was canceling my 5 day reservation after being in the room all of 5mins..because "they don't accept the $250- deposit on a paypal or chime visa card." Even though it ran and had over $500- pre-loaded on the card. From the begining her & the hotel manager were rude. After working at Whydham Worldwide for a decade & my wife for Disney for 20+yrs... none of this would have happened if at any of their properties. They even charged me for 1 night even though they cancelled my reservation.
