The room was clean, bed was good. Everything else was lacking: slow check in, no airport shuttle between 10:00 am and 5:30pm, which is when I needed it, plug in bathtub did not work, super loud AC, extremely dirty windows, didn’t want to sleep with loud AC, slept poorly because of only being able to open window a crack and heard a lot of airport and street noise, TV did not work properly, light switch in bathroom did not turn off. Had maintenance come up twice to fix things! Would not choose Best Western again. There are better options in the same price range available!
