Not My Favorite Stay

The hotel needs updating and a deep cleaning. The worst part were the bedspreads which were immediately removed and put on the floor. All of the stitching was pulled out and hanging in strings. The beds were old and not comfy. There was no controller for the tv. The room was not ready 1.5 hours after the supposed check in time. The view was nice. It was close to restaurants.

The hotel is clean and the front desk staff were very nice. The shuttle is reliable and the hotel has a complete shuttle schedule. Included breakfast was very good. The room did not have a single USB charging port. It would be nice if they could put in a charging hub. Not that difficult and it would make the hotel more attractive.

Booked here because we needed airport to hotel shuttle. We waited an hour and a half for promised shuttles that never came. Paid for an uber. Reported problem to hotel management. The response--sorry, but our unreliable shuttle service is not our problem, so no compensation for your inconvenience and expense. Wow, didn't expect that response. Met other hotel guests who reported same bad experience.

Walking distance to some restaurants. The beds seemed a little small for a queen, more like a full bed. Room was very roomy and clean. Nice bathroom. A little warm in the halls. Very good breakfast.
