Staff was very friendly and efficient at check in. Breakfast smelled amazing but I didn’t eat. My room smelled like body odor. The shower drain was blocked and the bathroom door automatically closed shut. I wanted to prop it open for humidity. I only spent 7 hours (sleeping) in the room

The staff were super friendly (from check in to check out), the room large and clean, the snack bar and free hot drinks were a nice bonus. Close to the airport, shuttle included and a short walk to a bird sanctuary area. A perfect place to stay for an early flight the next day.

Bay Landing was great

Great location for the airport! Shuttle was punctual, friendly driver, nice breakfast! Paved walkway along the bay for running, watching the planes land, and walking

I appreciate the in room safe, microwave and fridge, especially since we didn't arrive until after 10pm and needed to heat something up to eat. We liked the public walking path outside to work off our breakfast too

Pros: very close to the airport, clean, friendly staff, large room with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, free breakfast, snacks and beverages available for purchase at reception Cons: nothing to do in walkable distance, limited dining options in area, no restaurant or bar onsite, kind of noisy Great place to stay if you're just looking for a place to sleep before your flight, but if you have extra time you'll need to Uber to another area for any shopping, entertainment, or dining. There are some restaurants in walkable distance but limited.

Room was clean, bed was amazingly comfortable and staff were helpful. Included breakfast was better than I was expecting with a great assortment of breakfast foods. Only downfall was how far from attractions as the transit system is expensive and confusing for tourists. Hotel was great though.

This is a nice hotel, very comfortable and convenient to the airport.. comfy beds.. good breakfast and free parking.. nice staff members.. keep in mind if you use the airport shuttle, it only drops off at departure gates.

A lovely stay.

A lovely hotel with beautiful views over the water. The hotel was clean, tidy and comfortable. The $11 per room credit for the hotel snack shop was a nice touch. The one slight criticism was the inconsistency of the hot food offered at breakfast. On day one there were eggs, bacon and pork sausage. On day two the bacon and sausage were replaced by cubes of fried potato. A very poor substitute. On the plus side there were plenty of non hot options and fresh waffles, and the food was topped up regularly.
