Room was clean but outdated (same as the entire Reception/Lobby area). Morning offered Breakfast needs some improvements (better vegan choices). The outdoor front of the lobby require cleaning. Escalator require cleaning. Overall not happy with it.

Great reception staff and breakfast cafe staff. Incredibly helpful and professional. The hotel itself was made with good materials like marbles and woods but everything is stained and damaged. Really horrible experience walking on old dirty carpet.s and seeing walls that need painting everywhere. Really needs an interior designer to help them put it back together nicely. People spend their very hard earned money and don't want to feel like their in a dilapidated environment.

Very clean and friendly staff, highly recommend!
