The property is well kept and clean. Front staff are very friendly and helpful. I encountered an unpleasant situation with the dining staff. Maybe it was a bad night or busy night, but I strongly recommend for the management to ensure that all diners are treated timely, fairly and not prioritized some guest based on a specific race. Please respect the do not disturb sign. Upon leaving I made sure to put a do not disturb signs, because we were in a rush and left things open. Upon my return, it was clear that someone was in the room and made the bed. It made me uncomfortable knowing we had our items open. The night before leaving, we noticed a few things missing from our luggage’s including our daughter shoes that she wore two nights before. Not sure if it disappeared on its own, but I left me wondering…..I didn’t alert the front desk, at that point I just wanted to leave, and I checked out early morning the next day. Shoes or other items can be repurchased, but feel unsafe in a room your paid for was not okay.

This was an amazing place, incredible views and super friendly staff. My wishlist for making it better would only be air conditioning, maybe more loungers at pool. You need to be aware of how long it can take you to get down to como but it’s an amazing place.

AC or HVAC is based on European std., so US tourists beware. This is a great location and hotel near Navigli

Clean, nice facility. Comfortable bed, good shower. Very good breakfast. Convenient location. Did not have enough baseline towels. Could not get the TV to work
