Great room nice staff walkable to shopping

great location - we loved coming back to our room after long tours and the staff was very helpful with recommendations and amenities. the rooftop bar is very nice and quiet for a romantic drink at the end of the night.

Our room had 2 windows that were close to the ceiling. It felt very dark. We stayed 2 nights but I would t stay more than that in those rooms. I’m assuming only the 5th floor rooms were like that. The rest was great

Airconditioning wasn’t adjustable like it said, the fire alarm went off and the staff new it was a false alarm and let every guest stand outside for an extended period of time rather than calming their worries and informing them that there wasn’t a fire. I found 2 fleas in my bed as well. Other than the bugs, my room was very clean. My parents seperate room had a stench though

They’re terrible with communication. I tried to cancel through Expedia and they never responded to Expedia after they tried multiple attempts. When I went in person and tried to cancel atleast 1 night out of the 4 nights I booked, they didn’t allow that either. The room pictures online were deceiving too. The room is so tiny. No space to walk around or open your luggages. I paid over $750 for some tiny room and terrible customer service. Never again will I be returning there.
