Airport shuttle was great. There was no breakfast so I’m not sure why you’re asking about it. Room was nice and staff were great. We expected we’d of had a microwave in our room. Will not stay this long again because of no breakfast or microwave.

Front desk was VERY busy for check-in, but it was staffed well with personable and knowledgeable agents who worked though the line quickly. Kudos to them! The room was as I expected with a beautiful bay view. The room had a balcony with two chairs and a table, but they were inaccessible (assumed for safety reasons). The location of this hotel was the stand-out for me. Few places more convenient to bus routes, streetcar, and cruise terminal. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the Wyndham Vacation people in the hotel lobby who approached us two seconds after check-in. As per usual with timeshare salespeople, they were smiley, but pushy and unwilling to take no for an answer. I wanted to be polite - I know they are doing their job - but I ended up walking away mid-sentence. That was not a great start to this hotel stay.
