They really thought if everything answered the phone right sway housekeeping came and hit the spider in the wall right away plenty of plush towels and nice shampoos and body wash fluffy pillows clean sheets my temperature setting was perfect when we arrived my husband and I has beach view breathtaking

Staff was excellent and very friendly. Building has very thin walls and ceiling, I could hear the people above us walking and everything else. Didn't like being informed that the pool and hot tub next to our building was being remodeled until after we checked in.

There were some very good things and just a few not so great things. Customer service was wonderful! The grounds were very clean and the jacuzzi was amazing! We were able to take the walkway and enjoy a beautiful walk at the bay. Everything was at a close distance and was a very nice location to visit everything. The property itself is older and even though it was renovated, it still looked quite dated. People were walking in the hallway and we heard creaking on the floor of our room. Walls are thin, someone was closing their door and having random conversation with each other and you can hear them clearly. Overall, it’s was a pleasant stay, you can’t beat the views or the location. Rooms were clean, service was great, and close to everything. It worked out great for our family and would stay there again.
