Good location

Stayed in the suite with two bedrooms and the balcony for 3 nights. The rooms were very clean and nice. We used the pull out sofa as well and it was comfortable. The location is about two blocks to the beach or one block to the bay. Good location for active families. There was more traffic than I expected from families picking up children from a nearby day camp. The walls that connect to the room next door are very thin. Bring ear plugs at least for one person. The toilet is heated and has its own remote bidet. The shower was nice as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking was a mess though. We paid and someone took our spot one night. There was nearby parking for free though. It was just hard to find. Great view from the balcony and the fire pit was fun at night. I would stay here again and just bring earplugs and expect chaotic parking.

The staff was super nice, but didn't share a lot of info like what the name is of the place to get free rentals and how that works. Our couch/ bed was broken. They brought up a blow up mattress. Our blender didn't work after we already bought stuff for smoothies. We paid for parking, but had a van that didn't fit in all the parking areas, but we weren't assigned a parking spot so we were so worried about leaving. With that said it's in a great spot next to mission Bay and the boardwalk. We loved that both beds were king sized and the 50's style decoration. The toilet was interesting. It was a bidet with a warm seat .

Wonderfully located property and a literal 2 minute walk to the beach. Nice places to grab breakfast and happy hour very close as well.! There is a delicious place for breakfast at the Olive Cafe literally two houses to the right; highly recommend their acai bowl and pancakes (my 8 year old niece, loved!) Cute and quaint, exactly as the photos. The room we had, the light from the patio shined in all night and made it challenging for me to sleep. The lights are on timers so they come on at a specific time each day. I reached out to staff via email; didn't find anyone in the lobby, and was told there wasn't anything they could do at this time. It is a newer hotel and they are fine tuning some things, a cute boutique hotel. I wish I wasn't sensitive to light and would have thought there were black out curtains, or some shade from outside light. Our room had nothing but a sheer cover over the window that was right next to the bed. If you stay and are sensitive to light, bring an eye mask. Otherwise, a great place. Their model is on efficiency and that is definitely what we experienced.

Julia, the manager, is so kind and helpful. The location of this property is not even a full block from the Mission Bay Harbor and promenade where grass and sand meet. It is two blocks straight to Mission Beach (lifeguard stand 19). The alley is tight for an oversized vehicle and parking is very limited at the hotel. We were able to find a parking spot for our stay and never moved our car - there was no need to. Shopping, dining, coffee, was right there!! The room was decorated very nice. It was very very clean and full kitchen. It was private and comfortable. Julia added to our stay with her helpfulness and kind personality. We took advantage of the free rentals from Cheap Rents - bikes, paddle boards, and beach chairs just up the street a few steps. What a wonderful service to offer. Made our stay even better. I would stay hear again- it is not beach front or ocean front views but the common patio is comfortable- lots of traffic and a little noisy but great for people watching.
