We actually enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and the staff was amazing. We had special request and they assisted us with everything. The cleanliness wasn’t exceptional, but it wasn’t horrible either. Overall good stay

Very disappointed. The light on the side of bed did not work. The lighting is not bright. The shower needs major updating and smells like mold. The shower head needs to be cleaned out and appears to be leaking. The tv is not a smart tv so u can’t even log in to stream. They charge $10 for parking. Not pleased! Do not recommend.

The restrooms didn’t have toilet paper we had to ask front staff for toilet paper and our rooms also didn’t get cleaned every day. We stayed three days and it never got clean. We had to take out our own trash overall I will stay again.

The check in process was terrible . There was people waiting for over an hour to get to their room. People kept coming up to complain their rooms were filthy. I noticed the trash barges in the hallway left outside of each room from housekeeping . They left a dirty glove on my room . I do not recommend this property.

Very nice person at the reception volunteered to upgrade my room to a huge 2-bedroom suite on the upper floor. He also provided me with a list of restaurants in the area. Room was huge, very clean, comfortable, with great AC. It is a bit dated but offered so many conveniences. Only immediate opportunity would be in my opinion the very noisy fan in the bathroom. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Friendly staff; basic room

Friendly staff; there is a parking charge of $10. My card key didn’t work (twice) so i was given a different room. Bathrooms on check in level had no toilet paper. These two minor issues allowed staff to waive my parking fee. Breakfast was simple (turkey patties/cereal/yogurt/bagel/toast/pancakes)...but good.
