What can go wrong did go wrong at this placed thats managed poorly. Here is the list Stayed in June Luggage taken from lobby Uncooperative front desk , tells me 'I dont know where your back is we can not trace every bag'. Upon insistence they call Security, which tells me to call POLICE as they wont be able to do anything. I was going to call police but they realized its not good for the hotel. Security footage did show bell boy taking my bag to some other place Then they call me to give $150 credit. Guess what , I go charged on my card despite that credit. Called finance, wont come on phone. 5-6 emails exchanged and they were unable to explain, no one ever came on the phone. called for customer satisfaction dept, seems like it does not exist. Finally after many calls, someone called me back , telling me she cant help and another person is going to call . Its enough and I need to tell people about this. I was at a conference by the way. I am writing this much detail so the others can: keep close eye on ur bags, dont leave it with bell boys Do not trust any credits the give u. If there are any issues GOOD LUCK

The hotel billed me $200.00 twice for my deposit and $514.38 for charges that they don’t know why I was charged and they are still on my account. I am definitely not happy. The room was not even close to worth the charge per night. It is a run down room and in desperate need of rehab at least. 2 out of 5 stars and that’s being generous.

Had dirty sheets when first arrived. Staff took care of the problem and credited my account for a fair amount. Didn’t like the good options very expensive for what you got. And was oooking forward to free breakfast buffet which they didn’t have. That was a disappointment. Friendly staff nice hotel. Happy with stay here.

The shower head had a rusty base that was detached from tile. The body wash was empty all three nights. The toilet paper holder was broken. This is in room 289 in Bay tower. You should really consider fixing that bathroom make presentable.

Beautiful views of the marina and skyline of San Diego. Clean rooms and the restaurants in the hotel were fabulous!
